Avocado Salsa Dip with Corn Chips

2 ripe avocados
juice of half a lime
12 ounces mild salsa
corn chips, to serve


Cut avocados in half. Remove the stone by putting the avocado down on a bench, hitting it with the blade of a small knife and then twisting the knife to remove the stone. Use a large metal spoon to scoop the flesh out.

Combine avocado, lime juice and salsa in a mixing bowl and mash together. Mash lightly to keep some avocado chunks in the dip; gives it some texture.

Serve with corn chips.
