Baked S’mores Bites
makes 12 bites
12 mini cupcake liners
1/3 cup graham crackers broken into large crumbs
2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, broken into 1/2″ triangle shards
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1. Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.
2. Either on an oven-proof plate, or in a mini muffin tin, arrange the 12 cupcake liners. Fill each one with a few large shards of graham cracker crumbs, add a triangle of chocolate, 3 – 4 marshmallows, one more bit of graham cracker, and a little bit of chocolate. Bake until the marshmallows have toasted, and the chocolate has melted, roughly 5 – 10 minutes.
