Black Magic Martini: Halloween Cocktail Recipes from Tabúkathypatalsky
Every Halloween party needs a few festive drinks to put a spooky spin on the fun. Here are three drink recipes from Tabú Nightclub at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Including the Black Magic Martini, The Devil’s Reject and the Gravedigger. If you are lucky enough to be in Vegas for Halloween, head over to Tabú to taste these cocktails in person. Otherwise, turn up you iPod, lower the lights, raid your kids Halloween candy jar and host your own VIP party from the comfort of your living room. Recipes ahead!..
Tabú, the trendy hotspot located in the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will celebrate Halloween by offering $12 specialty cocktails including the Devil’s Reject, Gravedigger and Black Magic Martini. Tabú’s gorgeous model servers will deliver these spooktacular spirits to clubgoers ready to have a fang-tastic night.
Even if you are not in Sin City this Halloween, at least you can get a taste of the fun.
On the Menu at Tabú:
Devil’s Reject: A drink so sweet and refreshing, the devil sent it back to the bar!
Recipe: 1 ½ ounces Ambhar Tequila, ½ ounce Grand Marnier, ½ ounce lemon juice, ½ ounce lime juice, 1 ounce pomegranate juice and 2 ounces pineapple juice is shaken and strained into a snifter. Serve this drink with a float of Ginger Ale.
Gravedigger: This drink is the treat guests will be “goblin” down throughout the evening.
Recipe: ¾ ounce Bacardi Orange Rum, ¾ ounce Malibu Rum, ¾ ounce Myers Dark Rum, 3 ounces of orange juice and ½ ounce lemon juice in a shaker. Serve strained and topped with pomegranate juice.
Black Magic Martini: This spooky cocktail is one for the night owls.
Recipe: 1 ½ ounces Vanilla Vodka and 1 ½ ounces Patrón XO. Serve chilled in a martini glass and garnished with a cherry. Dry ice optional!
