serves 1

1 cup algal oil-boosted soy milk (or use regular soy milk and add in algal-boosted smoothie powder)
1 1/2 bananas, frozen
1 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
sweeten to taste
1/2 cup ice
optional: 1 spoonful nut butter
optional: dash of cinnamon
optional: for even more healthy omega fatty acids, add a drizzle of flax seed oil or raw flax seeds to the blend!
