I’ve got an even quicker and easy pie recipe today that uses COOL WHIP Whipped Topping. This lemonade pie has just 4 ingredients! It’s made with frozen lemonade concentrate from a can, condensed milk and COOL WHIP. After you fold all those ingredients together, you just pour it into a ready made pie crust. Then freeze for a few hours until set. The pie is cool, refreshing, and has the most wonderful consistency.
This recipe couldn’t be easier, and it’s perfect for summer.
COOL WHIP Lemonade Pie Recipe
1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (8 oz) tub COOL WHIP whipped topping
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 pre-prepared graham cracker pie crust
Combine lemonade concentrate and condensed milk in a large bowl. Mix well. Fold in COOL WHIP whippped topping. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
