No-bake cheesecakes are so much fun. I love making them in the summer months when I don’t want to heat up the kitchen. They are too easy, and can be made in minutes. This recipe is so simple and uses just 5 ingredients: a pre-prepared graham cracker crust, a tub of COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, a package of cream cheese, some sugar, and strawberry jam. You can easily change this recipe to a plain cheesecake by increasing the sugar from 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup. Or you could change the preserves to any flavor you would like, such as blackberry, raspberry or peach.
COOL WHIP No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
1 (8 oz) container COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup strawberry freezer jam or preserves
1 pre-prepared graham cracker crust
Combine cream cheese, sugar and jam or preserves in a large bowl. Mix with a electric beater until well blended. Add COOL WHIP and blend until well-incorporated.
Pour cream cheese mixture into a pre-prepared graham cracker crust. Refrigerate until firm.
