Double Chocolate Malt Brownies for DadKelsey Banfield
What are you making Dad this Father’s Day? We will be grilling burgers and serving up homemade steak fries. For dessert my daughter will help me make him his favorite dessert, chocolate malt brownies. They taste exactly like a chocolate malted shake from the soda fountain and are decadent to boot. The catch to making these is that I often start with plain brownie mix. It is so easy to do this with my daughter because I only have to follow the box directions to make the batter. Then, I doctor it up with my malt powder and chocolate chips and we are all set. Be sure these with tall glasses of milk for kids, and a cold beer for Dad. Then raise your glasses and give him a hearty toast!
