Simple Cinnamon Dessert Nachos
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup prepared vanilla frosting, melted
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh kiwi, diced
Slice tortillas into small triangles. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil and pan fry tortillas until golden brown on both sides.
