Getting kids to eat healthy is tough, but this two-step dip goes well with almost any veggie and is a hit with the little ones!
Easy Lemon Sour Cream Dip
Makes: 2 servings
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon shallot, very finely minced
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch ground black pepper
pinch celery seed
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Serve immediately, or keep in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 days.
2. Spoon into a bowl and serve with raw vegetables.
