I love a good bubbly drink and this ginger eggnog fizz is one of my favorites. A few years ago we started making eggnog fizzes. Basically it’s eggnog with soda water or lemon-lime soda. My husband’s uncle uses cola, which is actually pretty incredible. Then we started using ginger ale, which was even better. These are basically a gingery version of an Italian soda, and this year we found some extra spicy ginger beer that made our fizzy drink even more wonderful. We think it’s the perfect non-alcoholic holiday beverage. It’s a great holiday drink for pregnant women, children and designated drivers. You can make it with your favorite store-bought eggnog, or it’s even better with homemade. Whatever you do, don’t forget the striped straws and to serve this extra cold.
