Grab ‘N Go! 25 Homemade Protein, Energy, and Granola Bars

One of my “culinary” resolutions this year is to be more diligent about having homemade, healthy snacks in the house. Not only for my kids – who are always on the go – but for me, too. When that mid-morning craving or late afternoon slump rolls around, I want a really good option to have on-hand. And with one family member a vegan and another with a peanut allergy, this can be a challenge.

Which is why I’m so excited to share these fabulous – and healthy – and easy! – recipes with you! My goal is to bake up one batch each weekend to get us through the week ahead. And by my calculation there are are enough ideas here to get us halfway through the year! We can do this!
