As the weather outside grows frightful, we plan to stay inside and eat some food that is delightful.

AKA: it’s sweater season, and we’re looking at this as a license to eat (but not necessarily gain 20 pounds). So as the cravings set in for thick soups and grilled cheese sandwiches, we’ve come up with some ideas to fill your bellies but not with too many carbs.
