There are so many things I love about goat cheese, one and the most obvious being the taste. It’s so rich and creamy, with a slight bit of tart and tang … it can really change up any dish when used. It’s also super versatile and can work with so many different recipes, especially appetizers. I absolutely love this goat cheese and walnut stuffed celery appetizer from the little kitchen. It really has everything going for it … creamy, crunchy, salty, sweet, it’s like a party in your mouth. And though cheese isn’t the lightest thing out there as far as snacking goes, this appetizer makes a nice option for those who are watching their carb intake.
I usually purchase goat cheese when I’m at my local Costco. You really can’t beat the price, and with so many ways to use it, it’s worth getting the double package of it.
