I also look for ways to make my life easier in the kitchen. Here is one of my tricks. A nice blend of several spices to make up the essential Mexican spice blend. I like to mix these 6 spices together ahead of time place then in a little dispenser and shake onto my carne asada, fajitas, short ribs, tacos, or pollo a la parrilla (grilled chicken).
