Pumpkin Pie Fries

Makes: 30

Ingredients

  • 2 store-bought pie crusts
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Pizza or pastry cutter
  • Whipped topping (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Roll one of the pie crusts over parchment paper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pumpkin pie filling over pie crust.

  4. Add second pie crust on top and lightly press down to avoid air bubbles.
  5. Lightly brush coconut oil over pie crust surface, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
  6. Cut into even strips.
  7. Place fries onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with whipped topping. Enjoy!
