I am utterly in love with this stir fry I made a few nights ago. So much that I’m making it again tonight. There are only good things going on in this stir fry…omega 3s from the salmon, vitamin C from the broccoli and vitamin K from asparagus…I know I know, I’m speaking nutrition language right now, but when you look at food that way it makes it even more appealing doesn’t it? Okay…maybe not…but to each his own right? (wink, wink…)
However you look at your food, just know that this stir fry will rock your world. The veggies are cooked perfectly bright and crunchy and if you like a little heat, like I do, then pull out the sriracha and enjoy.
