Frosted Pink Lemonade? Yes please. Grab a tall frosted glass of this sip and plant yourself in a sunny spot for a few hours this afternoon. You know you deserve it. The lemony flavors will bring your back to all your childhood pink lemonade memories – but without the too-sweet-lemonade sugar high (And crash). You’ll feel fab about this healthy smoothie sip.

Favorite Smoothie Tip: Coconut water ice cubes! You may have heard the hype about coconut water. It’s quite the trendy sip lately. Well, believe the hype! It is low in calories, rich in electrolytes – and it even has more potassium than a banana and any of those neon-colored “hydration” drinks. So I like to freeze my leftover coconut water into ice cube trays and blend it into my smoothies. I’m adding added nutrients and a very subtle icy sweetness from the coconut water.
