There is nothing quite like the first taste of spring in the markets. In the Northeast we are just beginning to get into the heart of spring and summer cooking and I couldn’t be happier. Of course, just because there are about a trillion fresh vegetables available I’d love to cook with doesn’t mean I have that many hours to spend in the kitchen. No, it just means that it is time to switch from my winter Real Food Fast meals to light, more interesting summer ones.
