Stuffed Nutella Cookies

This simple cookie recipe proves that dreams do come true.

Makes: 12 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 sugar cookie dough log
- 2 tablespoons Nutella
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons nut butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Place softened sugar cookie dough in a bowl. Add Nutella and flour, then combine.
- Roll 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball then place it onto a cookie sheet. Repeat for all 12 cookies.
- Slightly flatten each with your hand.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon nut butter over each cookie.

Almond-Joy Inspired Cookies

Say hello to your newest obsession: these Almond Joy-inspired cookies.

Makes: 18 cookies
Ingredients
- 2 sugar cookie dough logs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Sweetened coconut flakes
- Sliced almonds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- To make the cookie dough, mix a softened sugar cookie dough log with 1/4 cup flour in a bowl.
- To make the chocolate cookie dough, mix second sugar cookie dough log with remaining flour and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.
- On a piece of parchment paper, roll out the chocolate cookie dough in a rectangular shape.
- Repeat with the plain cookie dough.
- Place the plain cookie dough over the chocolate one, then roll them into a combined log.
- Cut the log into 1″ cookies, placing on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Using an ice cream scoop, place cookies on parchment paper over a cookie sheet.
