Stuffed Nutella Cookies

Nutella lovers, rejoice!

This simple cookie recipe proves that dreams do come true.

Makes: 12 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cookie dough log
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons nut butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Place softened sugar cookie dough in a bowl. Add Nutella and flour, then combine.
  3. Roll 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball then place it onto a cookie sheet. Repeat for all 12 cookies.
  4. Slightly flatten each with your hand.
  5. Add 1/2 tablespoon nut butter over each cookie.

  6. Add another 1 tablespoon layer of cookie dough over each cookie to sandwich the nut butter in between. 
  7. Bake for 13 minutes.

Almond-Joy Inspired Cookies

Say hello to your newest obsession: these Almond Joy-inspired cookies.

Makes: 18 cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 sugar cookie dough logs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Sweetened coconut flakes
  • Sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. To make the cookie dough, mix a softened sugar cookie dough log with 1/4 cup flour in a bowl.
  3. To make the chocolate cookie dough, mix second sugar cookie dough log with remaining flour and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.
  4. On a piece of parchment paper, roll out the chocolate cookie dough in a rectangular shape.
  5. Repeat with the plain cookie dough.
  6. Place the plain cookie dough over the chocolate one, then roll them into a combined log.
  7. Cut the log into 1″ cookies, placing on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  8. Top each cookie with coconut flakes and almonds.
  9. Bake for 14 minutes.

White Chocolate Cherry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cookie dough log
  • 1/3 can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. In a bowl, use a rubber spatula to mix the softened sugar cookie dough log, cherry pie filling, and white chocolate chips together. 
  3. Using an ice cream scoop, place cookies on parchment paper over a cookie sheet.
