Super Simple Strawberry Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to start your day. They’re quick, easy and filling. If we’re running behind and I don’t have time to whip up pancakes or eggs I break out the blender and grab a bag of frozen berries. Using frozen berries means I don’t have to add ice (one less step yay). This is our go to simple smoothie with just 2 ingredients and about 2 minutes in the blender. By the time you grab the glasses and straws you’re ready to roll, or sip as the case may be.

Simple Strawberry Smoothie
What you’ll need:
8 ounces frozen strawberries
1 1/2 cups milk

What to do:
1. Place berries and milk in blender. Blend until desired consistency.

NOTE: If you like your smoothie slightly sweeter feel free to add sugar or agave nectar to sweeten. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
