Sweet and Spicy Maple-Braised Pork Belly

The secret to an unbelievable pork belly is time. Cooked low and slow for hours, the fat melts into the braising liquid and the flavors permeate the meat beautifully. We serves our belly with slow-scrambled eggs and fresh biscuits, but meat this good is excellent on just about anything.
