Tomorrow I will be eating lots of brie and meats and heavy spinach dip with bread, before gorging on all the traditional Thanksgiving food. Kids don’t always go for these appetizers and end up being pulled into the kitchen by the smell of something tastier. To keep their little tummies from growling and their fingers occupied and give everyone a healthier start to the feast, try this healthier and super easy version of crudites with dip.
Crudites with Trio of Dips Recipe
1 15 oz container plain greek yogurt
1 15 oz container of low fat sour cream
3 envelopes of your favorite dip (we chose, ranch, zesty italian, and bacon ranch)
Veggies – our tray has grape tomatoes, snap peas, mini zucchini, and carrots
The kids can make this on their own or with limited supervision. Divide the yogurt evenly into 3 bowls, add 1/4 cup sour cream to each bowl, then add the dry envelope of dip. Stir each bowl with a separate spoon. Place the 3 bowls of dip in the center of a tray and arrange the veggies around the dip. Viola!
