Summer cooking, for me, is about preparing simple, satisfying recipes for my family.  Which means salads of all types, including pasta salads. Pasta salads don’t have to be your Grandma’s pasta salads. Today’s pasta salads are full of the unexpected (like the pasta salad skewers pictured above).
