It’s no secret that I’m crazy for genius chef David Chang and all things Momofuku. I’m also serious about cinnamon buns. And pies. So imagine the rush of excitement when, over the summer, I discovered that Momofuku pastry cheft Christina Tosi (also genius, by the way) concocted the Cinnamon Bun Pie.
