How Did Jennifer Lopez Lose 50 LBS?

Jennifer Lopez gave birth to twins, Max and Emme, in February of 2008, and the 40-year-old singer and actress was able to shed her baby weight – all 50 lbs. of it.  How did she do it?

JLo tells Life & Style, it was not an easy task to lose the weight. “I had to work really hard.”

Gunnar Peterson, Jennifer’s trainer said, “She isn’t afraid to push herself in the gym.  She’s not somebody who blows it off because she’s working 18-hour days on the set.  She finds a way to get back in, even if it means exercising really late at night.”

Jennifer puts in at least an hour of workout time on the days she’s exercising.  Sometimes it’s two days a week, sometimes it’s six.

Since last October, she’s been using meal delivery service Freshology.  They offer low calorie meals that consist of lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, good fats and lowglycermic carbs.

Gunnar adds, “She stays ready so she doesn’t ever have to get ready.  She just keeps her foot on the pedal.”

Again with the hard work and eating right… I see a pattern here.  I was hoping it was some magic secret and she was going to share it with us.  Damn.  Her hard work has paid off though, Jen looks great in her bikini!

Jennifer, husband Marc and their babies, are vacationing in Rome.
