I can handle the kids growing up, but who’s that 40-year-old driving the minivan?

Was an executive for Martha Stewart before she got married, dashed off to Italy, had 3 babies and launched Foodlets.com with real food recipes for kids, plus easy strategies for getting them to eat it. Together. Happily. Most of the time. Charity is a consultant who also writes regularly for The Food Network and The Huffington Post. Now her whole brood includes four small fries who live in North Carolina. Together. Happily. Most of the time.

Fun Facts

  • One thing I wish I knew before having kids:

There will never be enough time in the day for all the things you’ll want to do.

  • If I could swap places with someone for a day, it would be:

Ina Garten. I’d leisurely cook something decadent in the kitchen of my dreams — without any short people asking about snacks even once.

  • The one piece of advice I’d give to a new parent:

Read the books or don’t read the books. Just do everything exactly the way you want to. There’s always time to change it up later.
