Jennifer Johnson


Jennifer is a personal trainer, pre and post natal exercise specialist and creator of the new Kickstarter-funded Baby Strong Workout. Jennifer isn’t your average trainer. She believes that walking daily and incorporating a variety of movement throughout your day has more of an impact on your health than spending an hour in the gym. Her training focuses on functional exercise to help moms do what they need and want to do with ease and without pain.

    Making dinner one-handed holding my two-year-old in the other hand … using my ninja skills to make sure he doesn’t grab a pot of boiling water and drop it on my foot.

  • The first thing I do when I wake up:

    Remove my toddler from my face (where he prefers to sleep).
