Beyond St. Patrick’s Day: Disney Characters Who Think It’s Easy to Be Green All Year Long!!

Wasn’t it Kermit the Frog who once said, “It’s not easy being green?”

We all get one day per year to really sport our inner leprechaun — St. Patrick’s Day — but what about the other 364 days of the year? Being green, as Kermit beautifully explains in the ballad from the 1979 Muppet Movie, being green is more than a way to show spirit on March 17, it’s a way to express being unique, being an outsider, a lover and a dreamer. It’s a way to express one’s uniqueness any day of the year you like.

This year, instead of putting the green garb away on March 18, why not go green all week, or even all month? With a new Muppet movie hitting theaters this Friday, it’s a great time to let your inner Kermit live out loud.

Take a look below at the Disney characters who we think sport the color the best. Which do you think set the Green standard? Did we leave any out?
