If there’s one thing our generation is known for, it’s our love for any and all things nostalgic. When we were young, we happily colored for hours on end. Now, as adults, not a whole lot has changed. We still love to curl up with some colored pencils and a coloring book (and maybe a glass of wine) for a bit of much-needed relaxation. So needless to say, when we found out about Color by Disney, we freaked out a little bit. (OK, more like a lot.)

Color by Disney marries two things we love — coloring and Disney, of course. But BONUS: it’s an app you can use to color essentially anywhere, allowing for an easy daily escape from the day-to-day grind. Bored in the carpool lane? Waiting for an appointment? Pretending to listen while your kid tells a really long and involved story that is only mildly interesting? Well, there’s an app for it now.

We’ve admittedly found ourselves coloring in our kids’ Disney coloring books, so it feels good to have a more intricate, age-appropriate version we don’t have to feel any shame about. And with a variety of characters from Disney and Pixar, there are seemingly endless options to fill your time.

At launch, there are over 100 images to choose from spanning characters from classic films like The Little Mermaid and 101 Dalmations as well as new releases like Frozen and Moana. The app, which is available in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, offers a free 7-day trial. After that, it has three tiers of subscription options: Weekly ($2.99), Monthly ($7.99), and Yearly ($39.99).

Happy coloring!
