While the rest of the music industry parties in the desert at Coachella this weekend, Justin Timberlake has some even bigger news to celebrate …. he’s a dad!
The 34-year-old singer and his wife, Jessica Biel, welcomed their first child — a little boy.
The baby’s name: Silas Randall Timberlake.
According to PEOPLE, “mom and the baby are both doing well and dad is ‘ecstatic.'”
He’s not the only one. We’re thrilled about this news for a lot of reasons. First, because we loved the photos the TimberBiels’ shared during the pregnancy, and we’re pretty sure this new baby is going to equal Prince George in cuteness.
But more importantly, we’re hoping JT’s next album will include some catchy hits about being a dad. This might sound crazy, but hear us out … it wouldn’t be the first time he’s written about what’s going on in his life (“Cry Me a River,” anyone?)
To get the ball rolling, we revised a few of his greatest hits especially for parenthood…
Like when you learn a new swaddle technique from YouTube:
“Rock Your Body Baby”
Or if it’s your turn to change an especially gross diaper:
“What Goes Around… Comes Around”
Or when you’re trying to decide whether to let your baby “cry it out” …
“I Drive Myself Crazy”
Just saying, we would totally listen to that album.
And of course, congrats to the new parents! Welcome to the club — it might be full of diapers and sleepless nights, but totally worth it.
