Five years ago, our favorite celebrity couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel got married. They went on to have an adorable son, and rose up in the ranking to our favorite celebrity parents. (A very coveted status, as you can imagine.)
Well, the infamous singer is at it again, this time commemorating his and Biel’s fifth wedding anniversary.
In possibly his best Instagram post yet, Timberlake, 36, posted a video of himself singing the 1970s classic “A Song for You” yesterday, explaining that it was the first song he and Biel, 35, danced to as a married couple.
“Five years ago, on this day, I became the luckiest man in the world,” Timberlake began. “When I exchanged vows with my best friend. This song was our first dance.”
Is your heart bursting yet? Just wait, it gets better …
“To my beautiful @jessicabiel : You have taught me so much about what a true love means. I can’t put into words what these last five years have meant to me, so… ‘Listen to the melody ‘cause my love is in there hiding …’ #Happy5thAnniversaryWifey #ASongForYou”
Aaaaand full on swooning.
The Instagram post has accrued 425K likes in just 15 hours, and is still climbing by the minute — proving we’re all secret romantics at heart.
And as if listening to JT sing wasn’t enough to give you the feels, Biel decided to publicly commemorate the big five year milestone, as well. She took to Instagram to not only regram the video of her husband singing, but to post her own goofier (but still sweet) post.
“How lucky am I?” she wrote. “Even if he’s initially skeptical, he always gets extra for me. #5”
Isn’t that all we can ask for? Happy fifth anniversary to the happy couple!
