Ah, it’s that time again. Bedtime, that is. Our kids are snuggled in their beds, squeaky clean from their baths, looking like precious angels in their PJs … until the demands start.
“Just ONE more book. Come on, just one more. Can you read it again? Again! Again!”
The onslaught continues, every. single. night. There are, of course, worse things — after all, who doesn’t want to instill in their kids a love of reading? But honestly, if we have to read Llama Llama Red Pajama one more time we’re going to lose our minds! If you’re a parent, chances are you are all-too-familiar with Anna Dewdney’s classic kid’s book — and you’re likely bored to tears from reading it over and over each night.
Well, rapper and father-of-three, Ludacris, has saved us all with his hilarious rap-version of the book that is sure to make bedtime a whole lot more entertaining.
While promoting the latest Fast and Furious film, Ludacris visited the Power 106 FM radio show in Los Angeles, CA for an interview that resulted in the ultimate children’s book freestyle of the ever-popular story.
We can’t get enough of this. So much so that we have decided we will simply start playing this video for our kids on repeat until they fall asleep. Or have a dance party. Either way, thank you, Luda — this is excellent in every way.More On
