Butter up those scones and put on a pot of tea because it’s time to celebrate! The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have welcomed their second child!
Prince George’s sister entered the world on May 2nd at 8:34 AM weighing 8 lbs, 3 oz. Kate was admitted to the hospital just before 6 AM and after only two and a half hours of labor — a baby girl was born.
We’re sure the little princess is already being adored by her family. Earlier this week, Prince Charles said that he was secretly hoping that the baby would be a girl (so were we!), so we’re betting he’s especially over the moon about his new granddaughter. And let’s not even get started on what an adorable big brother Prince George is going to be.
We’ve always admired Kate Middleton, from her down-to-earth parenting to her maternity wear, and we’re sure she and William will do a great job juggling two children.
We wish them the best of luck and want to offer them a gentle reminder that if they need a new royal babysitter — we’re available.
