Black Friday: How Desperate Are You To Snag Those Deals?Nadia Carriere
So, yes Black Friday is just around the corner and although most of us are ready to head to the shops, one of our writers here on Family Style, Michelle, just posted a great article on how you can snag some of those deals by staying at home. Frankly, I like her way of thinking. I’m not one to stand in line and wait for hours upon hours only to find out that the one item I was looking for was sold out. Call me lazy or call me an unprofessional shopper, I just can’t be bothered. Well, seems like there are people a little more dedicated to the entire Black Friday shopping then I am!
Lori Davenport of St. Petersburg, Florida is camped outside of Best Buy right now so that she can be “first” in line to snag deals on an Apple notebook, TV, Blue Ray player and Blue Ray movies. In the video above, she gives us a look at her tents that “keep the ants and the bugs out”. They are complete with air mattresses, pillows and blankets. According to Lori, Thanksgiving isn’t just about the family dinners and spending 8 hours cooking and cleaning, spending time with the family, watching TV or “falling asleep and watching football”. Oh, sure, camping out in front of Best Buy sounds much more appealing!
So, the question is how desperate are you to snag those Black Friday deals? Would you camp out or head out hours before the stores open, or will you sit at home on your computer hitting the online deals?
