My Favorite Shoes Sources for Boysjordanferney
I have two boys and I can be really picky about their shoes. If you have a good classic pair of shoes it can almost make every outfit. I recently went shoe shopping for my boys and I thought I would share some of my picks here. When my kids were young I bought really affordable shoes but I since realized that this is one place I can buy good-quality shoes for the older and then pass them down to the younger sibling.
Salt Water Sandals 1 of 7For sandals, I love the Saltwater Surfer Sandals. While I think they look so cute on a two-year-old, the proportions of the shoe start to change as the kid gets older and they get (imho) a little funny. I recently bought a pair for my oldest and I didn't love them, I think this is the last year he'll get those.

Tennis Elastique Bleu Electrique S12 3 of 7We just returned from Paris and all the little French kids had a pair of Bensimons. They are so sweet and easy to put on.
Purchase at Bensimon for $50
Boys’ Vans Checkerboard Slip-Ons 4 of 7I also love good ol' checkered Vans. They look so hip with every outfit and are really durable.
Purchase at J.Crew for $32
Kids’ Spring Court Classic Canvas Velcro Sneakers 5 of 7This is another French brand I became familiar with in Paris. Spring Court makes really durable and good looking shoes.
Purchase at J.Crew for $55
Clarks Desert Ankle Boot 6 of 7
Jute Plimsoll 7 of 7I've also had good luck with Zara kids. My oldest wore a pair of their boots all last winter but they weren't durable enough to pass down to his little brother. If you buy them during sales (like right now) they are very reasonably priced and always very chic. My favorites are these jute tennis shoes.
Purchase at Zara for $26
