New Collection from T by Alexander Wang at La Garconne

I stumbled upon La Garconne nearly two years ago when I was desperately seeking a certain black handbag. (To see it, click here.) From the moment I hit the home page, it was love at first site. I wondered how I could have been oblivious to this website that seemed to have been curated just for me. Not only is the look of it an aesthetic aphrodisiac to the eyes, but they carry many of my favorite of-the-moment designers—Philip Lim, Helmut Lang, Opening Ceremony, Rag and Bone and Alexander Wang, to name a few. And the collections themselves are edited down to the best pieces of the season.

Needless to say, I bought the handbag. And I also bought a black racer back tank from the T by Alexander Wang collection two weeks later. Which brings me to the point of all this. The Fall T by Alexander Wang collection has just hit at La Garconne and it’s worth checking out. I have collected many pieces from this line over the past few seasons, and they have become staples in my wardrobe. Everything from the racer back tanks to the pocket T dresses to the cardigans are chic and comfy—not to mention well priced. And, nearly every piece in the collection can be worn year round. You can wear the classic tank solo in the summer, and layer it under a blazer come fall, and the dresses look great paired with everything from sandals, to ballet flats, to boots. In my book that makes them no-brainer investments.
