10 Most Wanted: Wide Calf Boots

I’m sitting here a very happy camper. Los Angeles finally got some (much deserved) rain yesterday. Now it’s starting to feel a little more like fall around here. I love this weather! Yes, I look forward to it every year. It gets me in the mood to bust out my boots … but not just any boots! Like many of you ladies out there, they have to be wide calf boots.

For a very long time, I was forcing myself into boots that didn’t fit right. And there were many times when I was disappointed that I couldn’t zip them up past my calves. And those that did fit were not very cute. Today, there are plenty of stylish, trendy, and casual wide calf boots to choose from. You don’t have to suffer anymore. And they’re in a range of prices, materials, and colors.

Remember, when shopping for your wide calf boots, please make sure to pay attention to the calf measurements. Don’t know what yours is? Grab some measuring tape. Make sure to measure the circumference. Do this by wrapping the tape around your calf at the widest point. This will give you your measurement.

Here are 10 of my favorite wide calf boots — right now. Which pair is your favorite?

  • Duo Boots. 1 of 10

Every closet needs a basic, yet chic pair of black boots. The Aralia by Duo Boots is perfect! You can wear these with just about any look. Duo Boots lets you choose your size along with your calf width.
