10 Ways You Can Wear the Pantone Fall 2013 Colors

Ever wonder how the fall colors are “chosen?” How do designers know what shades will be hot the next season? For the past 20 years, Pantone has surveyed designers to bring us a report of the color trends of each season. For example, the Pantone Fall 2013 colors are Emerald, Linden Green, Mykonos Blue, Acai, Samba, Koi, Vivacious, Deep Lichen Green, Turbulence, and Carafe. These are 10 beautiful shades to complement any of our fall wardrobes.

Pantone, described as a world-renowned authority on color, has a history of helping to inspire design professionals in the graphic arts, home, fashion, and paint industries. They release their fashion report biannually to coincide with New York Fashion Week.

The next time you go shopping, you’re going to see these 10 fall colors every where. Believe me. And if you’re not sure how or what to buy, I put together a little slideshow below. Don’t be afraid to invest in accessories, jewelry, or shoes. This is a great way to add a pop of fall’s hottest colors to your look.
