The other night, after I put the baby to sleep, I was faced with the same question I face every night—what in the world are we going to eat? (By the way my New Year’s resolution is to get better at meal planning). As I stared at my pantry for what seemed like eternity, I finally thought hmmm…what about that canned tuna fish?
