Got the Munchies? 5 Simple and Healthy Mexican-Inspired Snacks

I’ve been on a hiatus from eating healthier, but starting, um, tomorrow I’m getting back on track!  I always have the “munchies”, but now that I’m trying to eat better, I realized that snacking isn’t bad, as long as it’s healthy foods and three hours after my main meal.

Since Mexican food is my favorite, I came up with these five simple and healthy Mexican inspired snacks:

    Mexican Fruit Cups have a dash of chile, salt, and a couple squirts of lemon.  Everyone I have served this to is a bit leery at first, but once they try it they love it.
