Ever since Royal Baby Watch 2013 brought us the impossibly adorable (and super sassy) Prince George, we’ve been excited for William and Kate to expand their family further. For the last six months, we’ve debated possible baby names (will it be Diana or Elizabeth for a girl, Charles or James for a boy?), analyzed every word the parents have said in hopes they’d mistakenly drop a clue (“did Kate say ‘SHE,’ DID SHE SAY ‘SHE’?!”), and swooned over every drop-dead gorgeous maternity look she has rocked at public appearances. Now, the time is almost here for us to start staring at a closed door for days. (We. Cannot. Wait.)
In her final public appearance before giving birth to her second child next month, Kate stepped out in South London today looking more radiant than ever. Is it just us or is she giving off some serious baby-girl vibes in her fuchsia Mulberry coat? We can’t help but get the strong suspicion she’s trying to tell us something here.
Let’s examine the evidence, shall we?
- U.K.-based online betting company Betfair announced this week that “Alice” is the most popular bet for the little one’s future name. They’re Brits — they should know, right?
- Kate has been rocking all shades of pink throughout her pregnancy (see photos below for proof if you don’t believe us).
Okay, so that’s all the “proof” we have but hey, we have a 50/50 shot of it being true so we’re just going to run with it.
