UPPAbaby is recalling 71,000 strollers and seats due to a choking hazard, saying children can possibly bite off a piece of the stroller’s foam crossbar. So far, UPPAbaby has received 22 reports of children biting off pieces of the “bumper bar,” however no injuries have been reported.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the recall includes the 2015 Cruz and Vista strollers and RumbleSeats. The Cruz stroller costs about $500, the Vista costs around $860, and the RumbleSeat costs about $170.

While this is classified as a recall, parents don’t need to return the strollers and seats to stores. Instead, you should remove the bumper bar from your strollers and seats and contact UPPAbaby to get a free cover for the bar and a warning label.

Between this and the IKEA dresser recall, it’s been a rough week for parents.

To request your free cover and label, visit UPPAbaby Product Updates, call 844-540-8694, or email contact@uppababy.com.
