I’m a big proponent of pregnancy fitness, and while I was no where near as active as I was pre-pregnancy, I think it really minimized my pregnancy aches and helped my body bounce back. And I truly credit prenatal yoga with my ability to cope through a natural labor.
However, there reaches a point where you have only two options: Become that pregnant woman showing way too much skin on the elliptical, or grab your husband’s tee to cover up.
That’s why I love seeing companies make more maternity-friendly active wear that’s comfortable, supportive and grows with our bodies. One of my new favorites is Fit2Bmom, and I just had a look at their new fall collection:
Fit2Bmom designs maternity active wear for whatever kind of exercise you’re into, and does it in such a stylish, comfortable way that you might actually be a teensy bit more motivated. (Because, really, who wants to exercise when you have to tug your shirt down as you run?)
