(Maternity) Pillow Talk: Our 5 Favorite Picks

I could use a new maternity pillow. The one I had when I was pregnant with Jackson (that I still totally sleep with) is a bit… worn. And that’s putting it VERY nicely.

I like a good pillow. A nice combination of both fluff and support to rest my head upon is ideal. So, it should come as no surprise that for the last three and a half years that Jackson has been out of utero, I just folded up my maternity pillow and continued to use it. Basically it’s like sleeping with three pillows, accordion style.

In truth, I have been wanting to purchase another maternity pillow for a long time, but I have felt like I actually needed to be knocked up in order to make such an indulgent purchase. Now that I am bump-a-licious and wanting some sideways sleeping support, here are the maternity pillows that I am checking out.

See the sleepy-time support I am interested in after the jump!

I kinda posted this one as a joke... (No offense to anyone who has it.) When I showed my husband a pic of this one, he was afraid I was kicking him out of the bed. This horse-shoe shaped pillow allows you to reverse or overlap the ends for different positions and can be used while nursing in bed.

I'm trying to understand why this pillow is $99.95 and all I can come up with is that it's a lot of pillow running down both sides of you... which would be nice, if you're into that cocoon feeling.
