In addition to posting on Babble, I write a healthy living blog called Healthy Tipping Point. Very often, I would have readers email me and ask if I have any healthy living book recommendations, and I could never think of a title to suggest. In my experience, most ‘diet’ books were gimmicky or inherently negative in tone (if you know any great books, please recommend them in the comments section!). I wanted to recommend a book that was proactive, positive, balanced, and encouraging. In response, I wrote Healthy Tipping Point: A Powerful Program for a Stronger, Happier You, which was released this Tuesday.
