Fast Whipped Cream
- A touch of vanilla
Add cream, sugar and vanilla to a blender.
Hit the on button. Turn it off as soon as the cream starts to hold its peaks. I do mine in 30 second spurts to be sure I don’t overblend it.
Don’t have a blender? You can put the mixture in a ball jar and shake it. Just be careful not to overblend, or you’ll get butter.
