Ingredients:

  • 1 15oz canned beets, drained

    or 1 lb fresh beets, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
  • 2 teaspoons cumin, ground
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup natural style yogurt

Method:

Combine beets, garlic, coriander, cumin, lemon juice and yogurt in food processor.

Process until roughly chopped.

Refrigerate until required.
