Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake
- 1 1/2 cups cake crumbs (you
can make from any plain white cake)
- 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 2 tablespoons marsala wine or port
- confectioners’ sugar
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine cake crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, dark chocolate, egg yolks, flour and marsala wine (or port).
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, gently fold into chocolate mixture.
Spoon mixture into 6 x 1/2 cup individual ovenproof dishes.
Bake 25-30 minutes until cooked.
Dust with confectioners sugar, serve immediately with cream or ice cream.
