Dora & Diego Let’s Cook Crystal Kingdom Jewel Cups

Makes 8 servings


  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 package (8 servings)fruit-flavor gelatin
  • 3 cups blueberries, raspberries, and/or sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat whipped topping


Let’s make it! ¡Vámonos!

In a medium bowl, combine water and gelatin. Stir for about 2 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into an 8×8-inch pan. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.

Dip bottom of pan in warm water for 10 seconds. Using very small cookie cutters, cut gelatin into bite-size shapes. (Or use a knife to cut into bite-size diamonds and squares).

To serve, divide fruit and gelatin among 8 bowls. Top with whipped topping.
