Make popsicles and fudgesicles at home!

  • Chocolate-Chocolate Fudge Popsicle

    Chocolate-Chocolate Fudge

    makes 6 – 8 popsicles, depending on your mold

    • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
    • 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 3/4 cup whole milk
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
    • pinch salt
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup cocoa nibs


    1. Place chopped chocolates into a medium-sized mixing bowl.

    2. Heat heavy cream, milk, sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until cocoa is dissolved and mixture comes to a simmer. Remove from the heat and pour over the chocolate. Let stand for 1 minute, then whisk gently from the center until all chocolate is melted.

    3. Add in the vanilla extract.

    4. Allow to cool slightly, then divide the mixture evenly among the molds.

    5. Freeze for at least four hours or until solid.

  • Cherry-Lime Rickey

    Cherry-Lime Rickey

    makes 6 – 8 popsicles, depending on your mold

    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
    • 3/4 cup cherry juice/syrup
    • Maraschino cherries


    1. Stir together the lime juice, lemon-lime soda and cherry juice.

    2. Pour into popsicle molds.

    3. Skewer a few cherries on the popsicle stick, insert.

    4. Freeze for at least four hours or until solid.

  • Frooooozen Grape

    Frooooozen Grape

    makes 6 – 8 popsicles, depending on your mold

    • 2 cups grape juice (white or red)
    • 1/4 cup superfine sugar
    • 1/2 fresh lemon; squeezed
    • 10 or so fresh grapes, thinly sliced (careful!)


    1. Place grape juice and sugar in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

    2. Remove from heat, combine with lemon juice and carefully pour into molds. Add a few grape slices each. Freeze for at least four hours.
